Far and away my favourite Sisters album. I didn't really like it when I first bought it. I thought that it had a raw, unpractised sound to it, as though the band hadn't really found its feet. God knows what I was thinking. It's true that "First and Last and Always" is the Sisters' least mainstream offering. And I suppose this is why it took me some time to get used to it.
