Your diplomats have been found carrying lethal virus

For the Attention of KING MAGNUS.

It is with some concern that I am communicating with you, arising because of the matter of several of your diplomats that have been found carrying capsules containing lethal virus. I feel that such measures against my people are unnecessary, as we consider your government to be our closest ally. Not only because of our treaty, but also because your government has the popular support of its people, a value which my government holds as one of the main pillars of its ideology.

I am sure that your measures are only a precaution & deterrent, but we would wish that you either withdraw such samples or provide my people with a vaccine. My reasons for this are threefold:

Firstly there is always the risk of accidental release of the substances, which could cause untold horrors to my people.

Secondly we feel distinct unease at the rise in the number of weapons of armegeddon that are now present in the Clusters. This is another one that destabilizes the fragile peace.

Finally and most importantly, I cannot see any eventuality in which our two goverments would need to use such weapons, unless you should decide to wipe out all life on Neubayern, which is of course absurd.

I do not wish this to become a major stumbling block in our warm relationship, but I would like to see this matter sorted out.
