As a sign of my good faith, there is some information which I feel that you should know:

At some time in the near future Esperanzan psionic commandos will attempt to teleport onto, and hijack, the flagship of the Joyeuse Navy. While this would be a major blow against Joyeuse, what is of more concern is that evidence will be left such that Serendip Belt is framed for the attack. Joyeuse has been informed of this and is hopefully taking precautions.
