New Home must not be allowed to arm Sansterre

It has come to my notice that the government of New Home is in the process of building 3 Pendragon Class 29000t cruisers for Sansterre. In return Sansterre is building 45 Battle class 1999t frigates for New Home. Such irresponsible behaviour cannot be tolerated and I propose that all of our governments present a united front to this threat to the security of the Island Clusters.
