Skull Sigil


skull sigil The Skull Sigil is the refuge of outcasts, individualists and rebels. Scott is the Councilor. He is happy to extend his protection to all comers. Carriers of the Skull tend to be younger kindred, who resent the power and hate the corruption that they see in their elders.

An important sub-group is lead by Decker. He and his gang spend most of their time hunting down outlaws who have strayed in from the wilderness beyond London. This armed band can be a dangerous and powerful element in London's politics. Decker (and Scott) ensure that it is used sparingly.

Impression

A tall dark-haired man with a powerful body. He always has a sparkle in his eyes and a wry smile on his lips. Charismatic.

Reputation

A trouble-maker. He isn't powerful enough to play politics for himself, so instead he revels in spoiling the plans of others. Still, he faced down Henry's rage and still hold his Council seat; there's iron in him somewhere.

Feisty. She has a healthy disrespect for authority. She seems intelligent, and sharply observant.

Reputation

A little bit stupid. She prizes independence, but doesn't know what to do with it. An irrelevance.

A spiv; he's always dressed to the nines in the very latest fashion. Hard to dislike because he seems to enjoy simply anybody's company.

Reputation

He's hardly a mover and shaker. He seems to associate with the East End gangs more for the fun of it than for any influence that it might bring.

She seems insular and withdrawn. If you're not a Cockney then she's got no time for you.

She uses her old tribal loyalties to hide from herself and what she is. She does have the trust of many powerful Cockneys though.

Big and thuggish. He's always sizing you up. He'll push you and push you. If you stand up to him then he might get violent, if he thinks he can win; otherwise he'll try to ignore you.

An intense, driven man. He radiates an aura of leadership and strength. He approaches every conversation as though he were discussing a plan of attack.

A fearsome warrior; he leads a band of fearsome warriors. But he sees foes everywhere. He is a powerful ally, but an unpredictable one. Who knows where he is going to see danger next: You?

Henry's chief executioner, cruel and clinical. He belongs to Henry entirely.
