We must unite to face the true enemy: Esperanza

In view of the recent diplomatic incident between Neubayern and New Home it behooves me to warn the governments of the Clusters of fighting amongst themselves while the threat of Esperanza still exists, as doing so only aids their cause. Until Esperanza has been dealt with, wasting our energies fighting amongst ourselves makes it that much more certain that Esperanza will laugh all the way to the other side of the Islands Clusters, and leads me to urge calm on all nations.

As a gesture towards understanding between our various nations I would like to propose an exchange of prisoners (primarily espionage agents) between us, in the interests of humanity and goodwill, to be carried out at some neutral system in a suitable position. I look forward to hearing your response to this suggestion.

Also you may be aware that for a time there were 122990 tons of Esperanzan warships in the New Colchis system. These ships have since left for Joyeuse. However, while they were in system full details of all ships were recorded and I now pass them on in the interests of defending against the Esperanzan threat.
